He Waited All Day While I Corrected His Gelcoat | Lake Fork Boat Detailing

The pressure was on for this one.

We headed out to Quitman, Texas, for the grand opening event of S2 Marine’s brand-new showroom. The place was absolutely packed elbow-to-elbow all day, and the owner, Steve, was hoping people would just show up. By 1:00 PM, I had to tell him his new biggest fear was the fire marshal shutting us down.

In the middle of all that chaos and some intense 100-degree Texas heat, I took on a beautiful Phoenix 21 PHX. The catch? The customer was standing right there watching the entire process from start to finish, and he’s a professional angler! I had 5 hours to do it.

This is a completely raw, behind-the-scenes look at the day. No polished infomercials, just real grinding, good-natured banter with the guys on the lot, a bag of fresh watermelon, and a demonstration of what Malco Marine products can do to a heavy purple metal flake hull when the heat is on.
