  1. I watch some of the anglers but never watch live. Bass is the bottom of the barrel anymore. Lots of Shady stuff going on over there I'm afraid. I have never been a fan of the MLF but have gained respect for them. But the NPLF is the top of the heap in opinion. If they can get the coverage and maybe a new host for the show and a expo think it will be great. Think you will continue to see elite series anglers go over there. It's been awesome to see Christie and ol Hacky get em man it makes a guy feel alive again. I can only imagine how they felt. Hats off to them.

  2. Every tournament there has a very top heavy weight with about half struggling to catch fish. It’s going to come down to location of the fish and your boat draw. Of course the FFS will play but I do predict a good c-rig, deep cranking, top water and swimbait bite. Hopefully they will have good camera work and be with the guys catching big ones, or at least a good personality (Swindle)

  3. yes looking forward to it. really enjoyed it last year. I have grown to like the catch weigh and release format that MLF use. Actually wish more lakes would adopt lake fork size limit. we have a lake called cedar creek about 45 minutes from cumberland not far from lexington Ky. kentucky fish and wildlife impounded it in 03. its about 800 acres and its a one fish limit and it needs to be 21 or over. lakes just seem to thrive with stricter creel limits. thumbs up of the video.

  4. All i can say Steve after watching that bpt and, ( i have to go back and comment on that video) but watching that, bass needs to really shine this weekend, not just the top few guys getting camera time. There needs to be jumping from boat to boat and showing us this so called perfect storm at fork, century belts will be plenty but let's hope we get to see it one all around not just 2 or 3 camera going like it seems lately

  5. As a local, I hate seeing them giving the juice on some of our "local" spots on national television…
Also , as a local, I love the fact that it allows Mother Fork to shine.
Should be Century belts for everyone in the top 10 again.

  6. I talked to Steve Kennedy at Hartwell and I had never seen such a look of desperation on his face. I hope he does well. He is a really likeable guy. I'll be rooting for him. I predict the winning weight will be 107' 09

  7. The weather could play havoc. Cold snap hitting now. Winds out of NW on day 1. Rain on day2 and the winds straight out of north the last three days. Fortunately, the winds are forecast to be relatively moderate and not crazy.

  8. Do they do the catch weigh and release at this lake? I know there was one lake somewhere in Texas that made Bass Elite use this format. Im just not sure if this was the lake?
