Try waiting till some of them dry out like a date fruit. Some of the varieties taste bad until they ripen up like a date. Looks great though. I'll be rooting for you.
Good morning. Are you going to tip your Jujube's. I have learned that by tipping them you can manage the height and create an umbral shape on them. Much better and manageable to pick your fruit as the tree ages.

question – at 3:25 you said you got them from a nursery in Texas, but the tag says Dave Wilson Nursery which looks to be in CA?
do you have a link to the nursery you bought them from? I'm curious to see what all they have in inventory!
