Jujube Orchard Ring Mulch Setup March 2024



Lake Fork N East Texas Zone 8b area hobby orchard and vineyard. We grow 24 different varieties of Muscadines, Paw Paws, Thornless Blackberries, Asian Persimmons, Jujubes, seedless Che, Mulberries, Asian Pears, Satsumas, Calamondins, Kumquats and other Citruses. We also grow a small vegetable garden of Cherry Tomatoes and UC 157 Asparagus.

Monster Staff

Lake Fork Monsters is a group of avid bass fishermen who chase big bass in the Lake Fork area of Texas. They’re known for pursuing largemouth bass, which can reach impressive sizes in this region. If you’re interested in monster bass, Lake Fork is definitely a hotspot!

  1. Try waiting till some of them dry out like a date fruit. Some of the varieties taste bad until they ripen up like a date. Looks great though. I'll be rooting for you.

  2. Good morning. Are you going to tip your Jujube's. I have learned that by tipping them you can manage the height and create an umbral shape on them. Much better and manageable to pick your fruit as the tree ages.

  3. question – at 3:25 you said you got them from a nursery in Texas, but the tag says Dave Wilson Nursery which looks to be in CA?
    do you have a link to the nursery you bought them from? I'm curious to see what all they have in inventory!
