Big Bass, No Limit, Power Hour by Native Watercraft, I needed bigger fish

In this episode I fished the Native, No Limit, Big Bass, Power Hour Event. It was anglers choice as far as lakes. I think there were 10 or 20 lakes to choose from and I decided to head back to High Rock Lake because I have history there and it holds some big fish. I got to the ramp WAY late, in fact I didn’t get in the water until about 5 minutes to lines in. But luckily I didn’t have far to go to reach some good spots.

It was a really slow day, I would have had a good Queen City Kayak Bass Fishing 4 fish limit but that wasn’t the name of the game in this one. The water level was way up, the wind was funky, and they just weren’t doing the same things. I found some shad spawn but only catfish with it so that was a bit of a bust. Oh well, Lake Hartwell is next and I’m looking forward to that one!

Thank you for watching and supporting my love for kayak bass fishing!

  1. Great video man. You still caught some good ones, I wish sante was closer to us and we could fish it more often. Seems like all the bigs are coming out of sante.
I hate I missed that tournament just trying to budget my fishing spending lol
