Top Offshore Bass Fishing Techniques with Catch Company Lures

These are some of the top offshore bass fishing lures and techniques used to catch largemouth bass in deep water in summer and fall. June through October are good months to use these bass fishing lures. I go through how to fish these lures and the bait casting rods and reels and fishing line that works best. The jig is one of the best ways to catch big bass fishing slow on the bottom, but the flutter spoon and deep diving crankbait will work better for active largemouth bass. The Catch Company is a new fishing tackle box service from the folks at Mystery Tackle Box. They allow you to pick tackle boxes that are designed to fish technique specific situations like the offshore ledge fishing box seen here in this video.

  1. Man really would like to mooch a day fishing with you. I use gloomis mag bass rods paired with shimano reels. I would just sit in the back of the boat and not speak. enjoy every video you post, they have really help me catch more fish than ever before. I no longer go out on the lake clueless. thanks

  2. This is what im working on currently. I have always struggles in the open water fishing department. Im not sure if its because i struggle reading my graphs? Or just bad luck. Lol. But im getting there. Thanks for another good video.

  3. Love some offshore but come on man 14-16ft. I fish that deep during the spawn. lol I'm just messing with ya. Deep is relative I know. That's a killer box has most everything I like to fish this time of year. Just add in some hollow body swimbaits and heads you could leave the rest of your tackle at home.

  4. Loomis makes some real nice fly rods as well, like your vids man, i used to live in Colorado and did a lot of trout fishing but recently moved to Houston so learning a lot about bass'n

  5. Is the water there dirty? Cause here in Alexandria,La at the Cleco power plant lake is dirty dirty milky looking. I'll catch few here and there but very difficult with water so nasty. Any ideas for me? like dark noisey baits? Thanks Bro! Love your videos. I don't like talking in mine videos. lol

  6. how would you fish a deeper lake. Lake near me drops deep VERY fast, 20ft off shore is 40ft deep. I usually can only mark suspended bass around 30ft but cant get to many biters. I usually throw drop shots, swimbaits, and large worms at them. Any suggestions?
