  1. I get the whole treble hooks at nite thang lol…but a black plopper still gets them low lite conditions. And yes, here in the midwest, the Mosquitos will eat thru ur Tshirt🤣😂🤣 Great tips .. TU

  2. I fish off the docks at Goose Pond on lake guntersville mainly at night here lately. Past couple of months have been pretty good. Caught many 3 to 5 pound bass on scum frogs and this past Friday night they were hitting on a booyah black buzzbait. I've had alot of luck after 9:30 @ night. The darn eel grass is terrible but worth the frustration when they are blowing up your lure

  3. I have a nearby lake and always a lot of pleasure boaters by 10am. In my kayak that's the time for me to get off the water. Right at sunset, everyone is gone but the fish. Last week I caught an 18 inch smallmouth on a Whopper Plopper on my first cast and my last cast I got a 19 inch smallmouth on a Colorado bladded spinnerbait. Caught a walleye on the Whopper Plopper as well as an OK northern and large mouth on the spinnerbait. AWESOME fish and so fun. I hope tonight will be the same, or better! Thanks for the tips and yes, I changed to two single hooks on the Whopper Plopper for the reason you mentioned; treble hooks at night are difficult to remove sometimes and I'd hate to have to remove them from a finger. I have a red light headlamp which helps to see as well as keep the bugs away.

  4. Very good video providing excellent information on night fishing. I fish a lake at night that has several night clubs. When the bars close, look out. The cigarette boats are out running side by side with no navigation lights on. Not good. I usually launch close to where I want to fish so I don't have far to go. Be safe. Have fun.

  5. Here in middle Tennessee, the water moccasin and copperhead are far greater concerns than scorpions. The only thing I know that'll light THEM up is a can of engine-starting fluid and a cigarette lighter…😅
