Lake Fork / I waited 55 yrs for this Fish / New PB / She's a Monster/ East Texas Fishing…

I finally did it. I have been waiting to catch a fish like this my whole life..
Wife and I got out on Lake fork, and 30 minutes in, I catch my new PB.
You guys know we don’t use Livescope, we don’t look for beds, we just chunk and reel.
We know everyone has styles of fishing you all like, so we mean no disrespect for you guys who do use livescope or fish beds for hours on end.
We just are old farts who keep it old fashion.
To us the reward is so much greater ..
Regardless of how you fish, we hope everyone of you catch the fish of your lifetime as well..
We are just two old farts married for 30yrs, who have retired on a budgeted income, and have decided to live minimally to live and do what makes us happy.
Which is, spend everyday together , fishing, spoiling our frenchbulldogs ,and living for experiences rather than things.
Do we dream of a fancy boat one day, heck yeah, but until then we will thank God above for our little Tracker Boat God has given us ….
