The sonar arms race has just about got me to quit fishing a couple of times. I just can't go drop a couple of thousand dollars on a graph, especially when my boat needs replacing anyways. My console unit and backup unit both laid down this month and the little bow one started burning out last year. I really don't know if I will even bother replacing them as the units I can afford (5" units) just don't show enough detail to make a difference.
