I was fortunate enough to head down to Lake Fork in Texas to compete against some of the best kayak anglers in the country at the Bassmaster Kayak Series Championship. We headed down the Friday before and spent 4 days exploring the lake.
Conditions were far from ideal with the wind and cold fronts moving in but overall it was a good experience and great to meet so many people in the process.
Day 1 of the event was cancelled due to the wind so we ended up with a single day tournament that was extended to 11 hours.
Nicely done! Sounded windy.
