Bass Fishing Tips: Shakey Heads W/ Lake Fork Trophy Lures

Well I sat down to give you guys some tips on how to catch a few bass fish with a shakey head and what do you know, all my favorite baits for a shakey head were from Lake Fork Trophy Lures! They also just so happen to sell both of the shakey head jigs I use in the store as well. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

  1. Happy Thanksgiving! Great video, thanks for all this great info, keep it coming!!

I just started following you, but have you ever done a video on punching heavy cover? The set up you use? The baits you prefer? Hooks? Best conditions?

  2. Good vid as always B-Law! Maybe cover a vid on jerkbaits sometime. Only because I’m not real confident in them yet.

Also, can I get the shirt anywhere in person versus paying for the shipping? Thx!

  3. Thanks great video man and I Love how you explained about using the heavier hook in that rough cover but that shaky Head has been my go too for a long time and they catch big ones and small ones alike and I like your choices of baits I do similar things with mine different creature baits and craws and they work but it's all trial and error too that's why we fish right 😃

  4. Happy Thanksgiving Billy. I hope you and your family are having a blessed day! I have a box full of shaky heads but never seem to get around to using them. I'm going to make it a point to start using them, I know they will prove to be a big fish catcher. Great lesson on fishing the shaky head on Fork.

  5. Hey Billy love the new shirts and thanks for the Shakey head tips. My father and I are heading to Lake Fork Marine to stay for a week this Sunday. We have only been on the Lake one other time. My father is 74 years old and his BP is only 7 lbs. To maximize his chances of getting a PB is there an area of the lake/type of bait that you would concentrate on? Any advice is welcome. Have a blessed Thanksgiving and keep up the good work. 🙂
