This is the story of Ethel, the former state record fish that started the share-a-lunker program and forever changed the face of trophy bass fishing! I really hope y’all enjoy this episode as I had a great time with Mark Stevenson putting this together! Thanks for watching!

Awesome to hear the story from him. What cove did he catch Ethel in?
I remember the house on Japonica Mark had in Plano, I am surprised Mark does not have a YT channel you should help him start one. The news paper clippings were pinned up on every gas station wall in E Texas of that catch.
Crazy! Thanks for the video!
Great story….
Best fishing story on youtube!! Thanks for sharing Billy!
I grew up in north east Texas and remember when Ethel was caught and the tremendous stir it caused, not only in east Texas but state wide and nation wide. Great story, I did not know the details of it.
hey Billy, great vids! If you have a chance, I sent you an email through your guiding website a week or so ago about your camera mount. Keep up the good work!
love the videos, one of my dreams is to fish fork for some giants. hopefully us okie can pull out a win. if I ever get the funds I'll be calling to setup a trip. thanks for the great vids, and chance for harder to get baits.
