Along the way I stopped at Lake Fork and tested its claims of big bass, despite holding the state record for many years. This was definitely a pit stop I am glad I made. I have never fished here before and for a first time trip, Lake Fork exceeded my expectations more than I was ready for. My Go Pro messed up and missed some audio from my shoulder mount, but I was still able to salvage most of the audio. My Go Pro also died towards the end despite having a back up power pack, and when the battery died just happened to be when I would find the mother load.
