This time I head to Fort Loudoun and Tellico Lakes in Tennessee.  The fish were small and the tournament weights were low with the fish being in a transitioning phase that was hard to figure out.  I try a few finesse techniques and give you the experience of traveling a long ways to catch some little green fish against some very good anglers.
