Elk Fork Lake, 12 1/4” crappie, Bald Eagle sighting, nice bass on a plastic worm. 8/28/22

Bass Fishing at Elk Fork Lake. I caught a nice crappie on a Strike King Chick Magnet, saw a Bald Eagle, a green heron, and finally caught a decent bass after six hours on a Texas rigged Strike King Ragetail Thumper Worm.

  1. There are two big weed beds on this lake. Most drive their boats right over the bigger one and don’t realize it. The two beds are a rare spots that you can anchor up on and set on the two all day and catch em feeding from the channel and up into the weeds. One of them is out from the one and only house that sets by the road. If you haven’t fished this one, give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!!! Great video and fishing!! Thanks!!
