This week I get my redemption on kayak fishing. My second trip in the Hobie Pro Angler 14 led me to the Guadalupe River to try and catch a Guad Bass and my first bass ever out of a Kayak. I was able to find some bass willing to spend some time on the Gopro Hero camera and let me catch them too! With a texas rig craw bait and a wacky rig, I was able to fish one of my favorite style, bed fishing. I caught my first fish out of a Kayak, but the quest continues for the Guadalupe!

Hey gotta say I love your vids! But I'm just curious, how did you set the gopro on the bed?
So much trash. Really disappointing to see the Texas river systems so polluted. Love my state!

That was cool. I get to do that ice fishing, and honestly, watching a fish strike your hook is more addicting that getting the strike.
