This is the first time I’ve ever been/fished lake fork. I looked on Navionics and found a couple nice ledges that I felt I could find some good schools on, and some employee at Cabela’s told me that there were some big bass up north in the hydrilla. When I went out there my electronics weren’t working (later found out the outlet went out in my garage and didn’t charge my battery) so I wasn’t able to fish deep like I wanted. So at that point I headed north and was able to catch two fish before I left. Tournament day I wasn’t sure if I should head up there but finally decided to do it. I struggled very badly and allowed my lack of success to affect my attitude. I will not make that same mistake next time, and I’m looking forward to the next tournament.
God Bless Everyone!

Sucks about that boat pulling in front of you. In my experience out there that is the norm. Lotta jerks fish out there. I went once in spring time a few years ago and had 4 guys in a bass boat throwing spinner baits all around me in my kayak while I was fishing a spot along the bank. I half way despise that lake and I've never really had a great day out there.
