I have difficulty making my side scan and downscan working thus need help. my side scan only shown one straight line in the middle and black to the right and left; the downscan just dotes on the screen and a kind of a not straignt line running from left to right almost to the bottom. By the way, the traditional downscan is working.

I've had my elite Ti for 5 year's and never realized I needed to flip the side scan because in my instructions it specifically said to have the transducer wire coming out of the back of the mount and to zip tie along the side few times going back towards the transom. But I suppose it could be wrong because the Corp of engineer built concrete steps at all the boat ramps don't show up on my side scan and never have
